1. Which character would you like (or not like) to be your friend? Why?
I would not like Ailin to be my friend because in the book she seems like a very nice person and because she actually wants to change the generation in her family because she doesn't want to get her feet bound and she did that. That is kind of a inspires me to want to change something in the world or my family generation because she was also a young girl who changed her family generation and I wouldn't want to get my feet bound either.

2. Do you think you would read another book by this author? Why or why not?
Yes I would love to read another book by this author because I liked how the author was telling a story about her own family and what she did to changed it. Also because this story actually told me something that I can change things in the world.
