Romek Post#3

1. I was very shocked that he said the things that were in the book, but put them into more detail and I actually started crying because he said something that sounded so hurtful to the children back then. I was very happy that David Faber came to our school and made a speech about the Holocuast and when he was apart of it. I felt very bad for him when he told use that the Nazis murderd his family because that sucks not having a family for most of your life, but overall I was proud to say I met David Faber before.
2. I think that David had fun with the Russian's because they agve them food to eat and they spoke the same language as him and they treated him very well, but at first I think that he was kind of scared becuase he thought that he got caught by the Germans but they turned out to be Russians and he was safe.
3. I dont think that the Gestapo does not help David because the Germans tortured his brtoher for something that he didnt know about and i dont think he would be safe for him because they could do the same thing to David as they did to his brother Romek
